Multiple Baselines

I am trying to figure out how multiple baselines can be
used. I understand that you can view and compare
multiple baselines using the Multiple Baseline View. Can
you change the baseline that you are tracking against
(Tracking Gantt) and that Earned Value is being
calculated against, ie. against Baseline1?

Yes you can change the baseline in the tracking gantt (go to format menu,
barstyles and change the fields used for the baseline) and yes you can
change the baseline used for EV (tools menu/options/calculation tab/earned
value button)
