Multiple catalog merge areas in one document, possible ?

Hi All,

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to have more than one catalog merge
area in a catalog merge document/template?

I want to produce a wine list grouped by type (e.g. 'red', 'white' etc) and
have a field in the datasource for this purpose. Howvere, once I have
filtered for 'red' I cant see how it's possible to get the other groups on
there.
