I need to be able to read my company Exchange Server
Office email from my Notebook and my home desktop. I have
Outlook 2003 loaded on both machines but when I have read
the email on one machine I cannot view the same messages
on the other. They are no longer offered for selection. So
how can I configure both installations so that they always
synchronise their local mailbox files with the Exchange
server at my company offices.

Hoping for solution to this one.

Make sure that the Exchange mailbox is the default delivery location on both
machines. If you have the delivery location set to a PST file, it will suck
all of the messages out of the mailbox Inbox.
