Multiple copies of messages,,,,,,,

I have one user that is getting the same message many
times when Outlook connects to the POP3 server. We are
running Novell GW 6.5 with the Outlook client. He gets
the same message several times.

I just ran a test from an offsite account and he got this
message 26 times. I have several other users using the
same configuration but only this one user having this
problem. What do I have set the is not right. I can
look at his mailbox through GW and the message is only
there one time.
