Multiple copies of Office

I am allowed two installs of Office XP Small Bus. One is on my desktop the
other is on my old laptop. I've purchased a new laptop can I uninstall the
old laptop copy and the reinstall it on my new laptop?

Yes. But you will probably have to use phone activation. Not a big deal.

If product activation fails over the Internet, the product will give you a
telephone activation method which gives you a number to call and talk to a
Microsoft Representative who will help you activate the product on the new
laptop.

Not sure why you think you are allowed to install Office XP Small
Business Edition on two computers. If you actually *read* the End User
License Agreement, I think you will find it says you can only install
the software on the computer that the software originally came with, and
you cannot legally install the software on any other computer.
