Multiple Cross-references

I need to know how to change the standard setting for Word 2007
cross-references so that multiple cross-references listed together don't
appear as say Table 6 Table 7 and Table 8 but rather Tables 6-8. I did add a
\# 0\ to the ref switch but all that does is chop it down to Table 678 so I
still need to figure out how to get the "s" and the dash instead of the 7.
