Multiple email 'forwarding' accts & OL03: Can it be done?

For simplicity let's say I have an ISP POP account for personal use
and another email address for business use that forwards to where I
like - in this case my ISP POP (personal) account. I'd like to receive
and send email for both using OL03 but worth w/ each discretely as
separate accounts.

1) The personal POP account is no biggee and pretty straightforward.

2) I can set up the 2nd (business) email account in OL03 for outgoing
email to SEND manually as well - no problem. I just don't have it
check incoming mail (since it's already checked by the personal
account that email is forwarded to). So a 2nd account exists but it
doesn't check for incoming email in a normal send/receive operation.

3) incoming email w/ the forwarding (business) email addr in it's
header I can filter into it's own inbox folder.

4) And from there when I reply to email I can MANUALLY select the
outgoing (business) email account when replying.

So far so good...

BUT... what I'd like to do is take email that I receive from the
business/forwarding account via my POP account and AUTOMATICALLY reply
using the business outgoing account as the reply to addr. Currently
ALL outgoing emial shows the personal POP email addy if I don't click
to use the business account MANUALLY. In the long run the manual
process of my remembering to use the business account for going
message will not do: A) on sheer principal a computer program should
do this for me and B) invariably I'm going to forget and reply to
business email w/ my default personal POP account.

Hopefully this makes sense - so how do I do it?
