multiple mail merges

Hmmmm

Is it possible to setup two mail merges in one document, using different data
sources?

You could combine the data bases and use a catalog merge. You can use fields in
different places on merge document, but you cannot use two different data bases.
What are you trying to do?

I have created a marketing mailing piece of 2 postcards per page. I would
like to insert addresses on each postcard. Make sense?

Can you use one data base for the first of your publication, run the postcard
through again for the second part?

I had thought to do that, but I think the print quality would not be so good.
Any other suggestions?

As I stated before, combine the data bases... It would be the only way. I am not
acquainted with how Word handles merges, you might try a Word merge.

i think you're thinking that you want to print two cards per page and use a
8.5 x 11 page setup with two cards so publisher will merge one list on a
card, say on the left side of your page, and merge the other list on the
right side of your page, henceforth, you would have to run the paper through
the printer twice if you do the merge lists separately, yes?

in publisher when you print/merge data to caards it will merge names and
addresses to two or more cards, but you "setup" only one card for the merge
and perform the multiple cards per page printing with the paper size and
print menu.

then you merge/print the first list, then the next list, etcetera
