multiple outlook windows

I use outlook with windows open (i.e. contact, inbox,
task, calendar, etc.). When task switching (i.e. Alt-Tab)
all sessions show the same icon. Thus there is no way to
find out which session is which (i.e. contact or inbox)
without looking. Is there a way to have the icon change
with each successive session? (I have no idea how to
properly phrase this question, or who to ask).
