multiple personal folders

Each time I import a .pst file, it adds a personal
folder. How do I delete these extra personal folders?

First right click the root folder of the file and click Close. If that
doesn't work, try removing the extras via File | Data File Management
(Outlook 2002 and 2003 only).

BTW, it's best to open a .PST file with File | Open...importing is often
problematic.
