Multiple Questions in Voting

M

Maurice

I use Outlook 2003 connected to exchange server. I would like to pose six
questions in a single email to others. Can this be done? Can the response
buttons be customized with color so the recipients can easily see the
responses? Advice sought.

You can set your own questions by typing into the voting field and
separating each question with a semi colon.

What you're setting there are answers, not questions, and only one answer can be selected by each recipient. Outlook voting buttons simply aren't the solution for a multiple question scenaro. A survey form (see http://www.outlookcode.com/d/forms/survey.htm) would be more appropriate.
