Voting Customization

Maurice

Greetings:

I have a series of six questions I would like to send to about 50
participants. I would like to use the voting feature but the responses I
would want do not appear. Also, there is one question that I would want the
respondents to answer in their own words. Can the voting feature be
customized to allow this? Advice sought

Greetings:

Much thanks for the timely reply. I have since downloaded, extracted,
and launched the "osurvey' file from
http://www.outlookcode.com/d/forms/survey.htm Regrettably, there was no
'macro' message. Launching this file only launched a new email. I see
nothing different from any other email and see nothing in the instructions on
how to proceed. No form of any kind has appeared. Appreciative of any
continued guidance.

You'll need to use a survey form of some sort.

You must publish the form in order for it to function fully. Since it's a message form, that means it needs to be published to the Organizational Forms library in an Exchange organization or to each user's Personal Forms library.

Greetings:

Fortunately we have an exchange based email system. I could find no
information on how to publish for Outlook. I've searched the Microsoft
Office support site with no references. How does one publish as indicated in
the prior correspondence?
