Multiple resources for a task

I assigned 3 people to work on the same task lasting 5 days, but when I go to
the resource sheet view, 2 of the 3 people show their tasks as lasting 4
days. The other person had the task show up correctly as lasting 5 days.
What am I doing wrong?

Hi JoeW,

Do the two resources have non-working time in their calendar? Double
click on the Resource Name in the resource sheet and click the working
time tab in the Resource Information dialog box.

Are the three resources assigned at the same assignment unit? From the
Gantt chart view split your screen (Windows > Split) to view the Task
Form at the bottom of the screen to view the resource assignment units
and work.
