Multiple selection of email

Hi
I am currently having a problem with my email
On occasions, I select one email, and then click on
another email and the whole lot in between get highlighted
as well. the only way I can cancel this is by holding down
shift, and then clicking on another email, and this un-
highlights them. Does anyone know what could be causing
this. Thanks in advance. I'm using outlook 2000

Sounds like a stuck SHIFT-key. Try it with another keyboard or just clean
the one you are using now.
