You can't. A Word document can use only one template at a time. Use a
section break between page 1 and pages 1+n, and format them differently. You
might not even need to do that, if the File - Page Setup - Layout tab -
Different First Page option handles your formatting difference issues (e.g.,
if they're related to header/footer/page numbering).
