When opening Outlook, the account logon dialog always pops up
reequireing me to enter my password before I can download my email.
All of the account information was correct, but I deleted everything
and rebuilt it; still the problem persists. I then deleted and
rebuilt my network connection, again solving nothing.
I have Windows XP Home, and Office XP 2002. I connect via ADSL, and
have no problems like this with Outlook Express or IncrediMail.
I also ran the Repair application for Outlook from Add/Remove
Programs applet.
Thanks to anyone who can lend a helping hand. I hate to think about
reinstalling Office!
