My education suite wont download

I have purchased student and teacher online from microsoft and it wont
download but tells me I have to download service pack 2 tablet for pc
I have downloaded service pack 2 but it keeps on telling me to do the same
thing very frustrated

I'm not much of an installation person, but my first thought is this... you
downloaded service pack 2. Did you INSTALL it? Downloading doesn't
necessarily install. So if you have a file you downloaded, double-click it
to run its installation.
