First rename the page that is now your index page to "indexold.htm.
Then rename the page that you want for your home page (index2.htm) to
index.htm or html.
Now go back to the first page you renamed to "indexold.htm" and give it an
appropriate name.

The home page must be index.htm

Rename it in FrontPage, let FrontPage update links if prompted and when
it's done
republish the entire web.

I notice you fixed the problem....one other thing...I would delete the
spaces from your file names, e.g."The Gallery.htm has a space after "The".
Make it "theGallery.htm" (no space) or "The_Gallery.htm" (with an
underscore).

Spaces in file names can cause problems with links no working. There have
been many posts on this subject.

Also, your page title(s) still have "New Page...." rather than the name of
the page.
