My hyperlink will not work even though it tested properly.

I created a hyperlink from a page to a pdf file in FrontPage Design. When I
clicked on the preview option, and tested the link, it worked, the pdf
opened. The hyperlink is correct and I published the new updates. When I
went to my site from the web and clicked on the link, the page loaded blank
and read “done†as if it had loaded. I have recalculated hyperlinks and it
still will not work. What could be the problem?

Is the link correct in the status bar of your browser when you hover the
mouse over it?
