My label maker isn't working. It will only show me a whole page .

My label maker isn't working in Microsoft Word. When I select a type of
label and click on New Document, all I get is a full sheet. How can this be
fixed? Appreciate any help. Thank you.

Just below the box where you type in the address is a "Print" section with
two radio buttons. One is "Full page of the same label", which is enabled by
default. Just below that is one labeled "Single Label". When you click that
radio button, you will have the option of designating the row/column where
you single label will print.

Re: My label maker isn't working. I guess I wasn't clear. I don't want to
print just one label, I want to print 30 labels, #5160. I check on full page
of same label. When I click on new document a blank 8 1/2 x 11 full page
comes up with no 30 labels on it. It has been working for 3 1/2 years
perfectly. Now I can't do anything but a full page; no small labels. I have
no viruses. I have turned off, unplugged and rebooted; did disc defragment.
Tried to do scandisc but it keeps stopping, telling me something is trying to
write to the program. Also uninstalled and re-installed Microsoft Office but
still no luck. Is this a HP problem or a Microsoft problem? It costs me $50
to call Microsoft so want to avoid it if possible. Tried the help section
but couldn't find anything about troubleshooting Word.
