My Outlook no longer has a "send" function!

Something has gone wrong with my Outlook. I am missing
the "send" button in Outlook 2002. When I click "control
+ enter", nothing happens. I can no longer send emails.
What happened? How can I fix this?

You should check under the "view" menu option, ten select
tool bars, and ensure that the standard has a check next
to it. If it does not have the check next to it select it
and your send button should come back. (check that the
standard is selected on the main screen as well as in the
create new email window.
