My Outlook won't send/receive, says "object cannot be found?"

I have been using Outlook Express, and am now trying to switch to Microsoft
Outlook. The test says everything is working, yet everytime I try to hit
send or receive I get the message: "object cannot be found." What in the
world is wrong?

Make sure you set up your POP accounts properly. Get the correct POP server
settings from your ISP, as well as the Secure/unsecure server & SPA
requirements. The "test" might say everything is working, but if you did not
receive the test email in your Inbox, it isn't.
