Well, first, much like email, when you post to a newsgroup, or a web forum,
you use the subject line to give a summary, and the body of the message
giving the details. So, in the future, you might want to consider that.
Second, I'm going to bet this isn't actually an Outlook issue, because if
you were to save that PDF to your desktop and double click it, it opens in
photoshop there, too, right? Just right click on the file on the desktop
and go through the steps to set up the association. Either go to Open
With - and reconfigure it to open with Adobe Reader/Acrobat, or go to
Properties and fix it there.
