My Publisher 2003 documents don't open in Publisher 2007.

My Publisher 2003 documents will not open in Publisher 2007. For example, a
26 page document with text and pictures opens as 1 page with title only. Is
there a procedure I should know?

Can you open/create and view any
multi-page documents in Pub2007?

Thanks for your reply. I cannot open any previously saved in Pub 2003
multipage documents in Pub 2007. I have a full version (not trial) and
although I can add text I cannot add pictures. I never had any problems with
Pub 2003 and cannot understand why I can't make 2007 work.

This Publisher is a full version. I have tried my downloaded version,
uninstalled it and re-installed it from disc. I can't even import a picture
into a new document although I can add text. I never had any problems with
previous versions of Publisher.

I do have Norton but this has not interfered with any previous versions.

If I understand your problem...in Pub 2007...
you cannot see the Status Bar (sometimes
called the Page Sorter). So...if you open a
multi-page document...you can only view the
first page.

I had this same problem and never solved
it until I reinstalled WinXP. Thanks to Mary
we may have found that it's related to a
damaged WinXP Profile. If you would like to
experiment by creating a new user profile...
the following article may be useful. Just to
verify...we are not positive that this is the
solution.

I don't think the picture issue is related to the
Status Bar issue. Have a look at the following
