My publisher 97 files wont open in publisher 2003

I upgraded to Publisher 2003 from Publisher 97. Now I cannot open my old
files. What do I need to do?

1. Are you getting an error message?
2. Are you sure they are Publisher 97 files and not Publisher 1.0 files?
3. Are you running Norton Antivirus?
