My site appears mixed up on every other computer then mine, why? F

I built my site on Frontpage 2002 and when I published it, it appeared
exactly as I built it but when I looked at it from other computers the
pictures and other stuff were mixed up, ( moved and or resized) mixed up.
And still looks fine on my comp.
Why is this happening and how do I fix it??

It could be a variety of things; different screen sizes, different color
settings, different browsers, different controls within the browser, etc.

Invalid html, non-compatible html, styles, css, etc. Certain features used
that are not supported in other browsers and operating systems.

Post a URL for us to look at.

I'll start out with the VML on the page. VML is generated
from WordArt, FP Drawing Tools, certain ClipArt amongst
other offenders. This will only render in IE, cheap gif
versions for everyone else maybe.
