My Word document is missing all the toolbars. How do i retrieve t.

My word program is not showing any toolbars. How do I retrieve them back
again. Where did they go? It is set on another format I am not familiar
with

Are you saying that you can't display your toolbars from the View
menu (View>Toolbars)? If this ìs the case, take a look at
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/AppErrors/MissngMenusEtc.htm.
