My word document keeps printing in landscape format.

Every time that I try to print a document it prints out in landscape. I've
already checked the page setup in the file tab. Any other suggestions or
insights as to why this has been happening?
I am on a network and other computers connected to the printer are not
having this problem?
Can anyone help? Thanks!
