When I want to create a new or forward or reply to a message in Outlook, I
get a message that Word is unavailable, not installed or is not the same
version as Outlook. It then says that I am out of memory or system resources
and need to close some windows or programs. At that point I have to use text
only mode and if I try to open Word, it will open from the program/start
menus or desktop shortcut, but will not allow me to create a new word
document. If I open a previously saved Word document, I can then create a
new Word document and Word works fine. This problem does not happen all the
time and I have found no rhyme or reason. Any suggestions?
