Mycontact list is not available when i send an email in outlook

I can see the contact list when i go to contacts. I can not see the contact
list when i try to choose someone to send an email to.

Right click on the Contact folder, go to the Outlook Address Book tab and
check the "Show this folder as an email address book" box
