Mysterious Toolbar

I have a report that displays from an autoexec macro. Right-clicking on the
report displays a mysterious toolbar (looks like it came from another mdb).

Opening the mdb first, and then running the autoexec macro, does not display
the mysterious toolbar.

It doesn't appear that code loaded the toolbar.

Any ideas on how to troubleshoot?
