.N2K disappeared

I have a user (Outlook 2003) who uses her AutoComplete religiously. She says
that it worked fine until today when it does not complete the names. I
checked her .N2K file and it is a 0kb. She came from another company and
brought over her .N2K, which worked fine until today. I recreated her profile
to see if that might help, but didn't. Any ideas would be great!

If the file is 0 bytes (and is NK2, and not N2K), then no amount of
rebuilding a profile is going to help, since the file is empty. If she
doesn't have the file she brough with her, she just needs to start selecting
people from Contacts until the list is built back up. Or, someone elses
solution was to compose an email, drop all the contacts into the To field,
save the message, and then delete it without sending, and supposedly that
will add all the addresses back to the AutoComplete list.
