Navigation Structure

have an index page at croswellmich.com and in the same website I have
folders set up with each categorie. Why is it under the navigation structure
I can't not see the files that are in the folders under index.htm? I want to
set up a navigation system on my sight and am having a tough time
understanding it. Any help please.

Did you start by using File Open Site or File New Site ?
