Sucks to be me
The reason why you probably get so many suggestions is because it is
impossible to get help from Microsoft. Such as I can not send you and email.
I have to jump through hoops with no promise of help unless I pay $35.
I like Microsoft products but recently I was doubled billed for a license
from MS. I tried to call (847-465-6197) and got a recording to send and
email and I will be responded to in 24 hrs. I have sent 2 emails
([email protected]) Thursday and Sat and have recieved no response.
Now I try to send for help on the MS site and this is the jerking around I
get. Where is the customer support?
Tomorrow I call the credit card company and stop payment.
I have tried and tried to contact MS and solve this but can get no help. So
to take out my frustration I guess all that is left to do is stop payment and
go from newsgroup to newsgroup telling my story. -> Please let me know if
there is any help or place to go.
