Need help from Outlook developer - where is NormalEmail.dotm store

I'm so frustrated now...

It's actually the second time this happens:

I create a lot of "Quick Parts" which is supposed to be saved in
NormalEmail.dotm. Everything looks good, and the templates are in my gallery.
THEN OUTLOOK CRASHES, because of a stupid add-in i have.

When outlook is restarted, all of the Quick Parts i added ARE GONE!?

1. Obviously the quick parts are not saved to the NormalEmail.dotm file
before outlook is closed or something. So where are they in the mean time? In
RAM?
2. Are there any way i can recover these now? If they are stored in a
temporary file it should be possible even though the file is deleted with
some file recovery app.

This is the second time i have lost all quick parts i created - just when i
was finished creating them... :-(

I'm not an Outlook developer, and I don't know where your Quick Parts are
going, but if I were you I would temporarily (or permanently!) disable the
add-in that is causing the problem, recreate your Quick Parts, make sure
they're saved to NormalEmail.dot, and then back up the NormalEmail.dot file
with Outlook closed before you try using that add-in again.

Sorry, I meant to say NormalEmail.dotm in my previous reply, not
NormalEmail.dot.
