Need help "immoblizing" text boxes

Hi all,

I have a client who wants a series of slides that he can give to
various end users, who will then input their own text. Because this is
a huge international company, they want their end users to adhere to
very strict design parameters.

So, here's what I'm having trouble with. The company wants text boxes
to be editable by the end user; HOWEVER, the text box itself needs to
be "locked down" in one position that the user CANNOT MOVE.

I've tried every trick I could think of, and asked colleges who were
stumped by this. If anyone has a solution, I'd be very greatful.

Thanks

Thanks, Steve. Does the same apply to restricting the end user from
changing fonts? Anyone who knows is welcome to reply.
