need help saving an image

A colleague has emailed me an image she created in power point. I do not have
PP, just the viewer. I need to be able to use this image as her logo on her
website. I can get the image to open in Word, FrontPage, and PP Viewer. When
I copy it into Paint, the quality is diminished too much to be useful. Is
there a way to get this image into a format I can use (i.e., jpg, bmp, png)?
I am out of ideas.
Thanks in advance.

What does it look like it you use a screen grab (prt scr button located above
the insert button on your keyboard)?

Thanks for the suggestion! I was able to paste the image into both
Illustrator and PictureIt. Now for the next question: Is there a way to make
the image background transparent? Thank you so much!

Well thank you for your help up to this point! I will post this question in

Thank you. This also worked.

Have her open the PPT file, choose File, Save As and pick WMF as the save-as
type, then send you the WMF.

If you prefer a bitmap file, have a look here:
