Need Help setting up .oft file

I need some help setting up an .oft file to apply to a rule for an
autoresponse. I use a popmail server so the autoresponse function in Outlook
does not apply to my application. Can anyone offer some advice?

If we knew your version of Outlook and if you used word as your editor we
could help... where you run into problems doing it would help us target the
response as well.
