Need help with emails received not being formatted correctly - Outlook 2003

I tried getting help on webmaster sites and was told it is an Outlook issue and so I ask
here.

I have an online form with PHP processing. Everything was good in the past [same code],
but not any more.

The email is returned without any line breaks. It looks like this:
Name: Me Email address: (e-mail address removed) Question: adsasdsdsa

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

It should look like this:

Name: Me
Email address: (e-mail address removed)

Question: adsasdsdsa

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

If the email goes to Hotmail, all is perfect.

I have look for a setting in Outlook and cannot find where to change this.
