Need help with pdf file

You will need to use your Adobe software and convert the *.pdf to a graphic,
such as an eps to import into Publisher.

I believe you can use GhostScript and GSView from
http://www.cs.wisc.edu/~ghost/ to do this, but it is tricky to install and
use.
If you want, you can tell me the printed dimensions of the PDF in the
program, and the resolution at which it will be printed, and I'll convert it
to a TIF or PNG for you
Or if you're going to be creating a PDF or PostScript file of your
publication, I can convert it to an EPS for you.
