Need One Consistent Look

I want to create a whole set of business items (biz cards, letterhead,
invoice, etc.). I have chosen a pattern from the Master Set, selected the
font and color scheme, and filled in personal info (address, etc.). I created
the business card.

I would now like to choose Letterhead and have the design and info filled in
already. Same with Invoice, etc.

However, when I choose the new template, I can't figure out how to transfer
that info to letterhead, etc. I thought it would do it automatically. I used
Publisher to create some docs before and now all that old info is coming into
the new design.

I KNOW there has to be a very easy way to do this - primary function almost!
But I've looked and looked and tried different options (saving it as a
template, etc.). Can someone pls tell me how to create a whole set of
documents with one look?

Thx a mint for the link. I've read the article but it doesn't really answer
my question. I'm not looking to save my design as a picture to import into
other Office applications.

What I was hoping to do was for Publisher to recognize the info I'd put in
(such as address, e-mail, etc.), then create a whole package of documents for
me to use with that info already imbedded in the design I customized (using
Master Set with changed color & font schemes). For example, based on the
business card I created, I could create a brochure in Publisher without
having to manually make the color & font scheme changes and re-enter my
contact info, etc.

Can Publisher do this?

cheers,
