Need some simple trick to mass copy contents of seeral messages

I get several dozen messages a day that I copy into an excel file. Does
anybody know a way to copy the contents of all the messages in a folder into
an Excel file? Or Word or Notepad or anything else I can copy from? The
process will be mechanized in a few months but for now I'd like a shortcut.
