I HAVE A SCANNED DOCUMENT ON MY SCREEN, IS SCANNED TO WORD, I WOULD LIKE TO
MAKE A CHANGE IN THIS DOCUMENT?

No need to SHOUT!

This is not possible. You need to scan via OCR software to make an editable
document. You may have something suitable packaged with your scanner.
