need to remove read-only from presentations?

I have inherited some presentations that when I open them tell me that there
is embedded read-only text and then doesn't allow me to change the
presentation.

It does say embedded font I did check the fonts but I seem to have them all.
I cannot believe that there is not an easy way to change this.

Under "replace" I have a question mark by "MS PGothic" does this mean I
don't have this, if so how do I get it I'm trying to find this on microsofts
home page but no luck as of yet.

Yes, the question mark means that's the missing font.

Seems that it's a Japanese font.

Is that a Japanese character font? You probably need to install the language
pack. Depending on your version of Windows, it may be available on your CD.

See http://www.microsoft.com/globaldev/handson/user/xpintlsupp.mspx. You would
need to install East Asian.

I did add the font and language and now it is not grey any more which is
good, but I still get the same message when opening these presentations
