Need to save at Pub Ver 8.0 in Adobe Illustrator to get screen pre

Hello all.

Running Adobe Illustrator CS and Publisher 2003. We are running into an
issue where Publisher cannot display imported CS2 EPS files from Illustrator.
We have to bring them down to version 8.0 in order to get a screen preview
of imported artwork. Any ideas?
