Need to take all members in groups and export to a list

The dept. head wants to know who is in certain groups. The problem is that
many of these groups contain subgroups that contain subgroups before you are
can even see the members.

Other than populating the list then cutting and pasting into a document and
then formatting in some legible format would anyone have any idea how to do
this?
