need trial product key to access

[Need to do a power point presentation!]

I am frustrated. I have gotten product key from microsoft (emailed to me)
but my microsoft office won't except these as passwords! I have gotten help
from gateway computers to do this, but they key(s) that microsoft gives me
are not working!

Unfortunately, the only solution is to that you will have to talk to the
people who emailed you the key, Microsoft Technical Support
