"Nesting" form fields

I've been using Word for Mac for many years but only recently needed
to make my first form. I'm currently using Word 2001 for Mac. Is it
possible to place either a drop-down form field or a text form field
within a drop down form field? In other words, I'd like one or
(possibly) more of the options in a drop down form field to be another
drop down form field or, even better, a text form field (in order to
be able to use "auto-fill"). Any help you could offer would be
appreciated. Thanks.
