net folders error msg-missing file 'evtmgmt.md' from Office 2000 d

I am trying to set-up Net Folders in Outlook 200 SR1 and keep getting error
messages that there is a missing file (i.e. evtmgmt.mdz) from the Office 2000
disk. I have tried loading from disk 1 & disk 2 and the files are just not
there. I have even used my browser to manually search the disk. HELP!
