net share folder function gray out

For some reasons that net share folder function missing.
It gray out.
What I can do?

Try using the "Detect and Repair" utility on your
Outlook HELP menu. This usually brings the Net
Folders back (if you are sure they were installed).

What version of Outlook are you using?

Have you looked at either of these articles?

If you are using Exchange then you can only share folders in PST's,
this will cause the Net Folder to be gray on folders that are not
sharable...
